At Mojo Mingle, we want to be clear and transparent about our refund and cancellation rules. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking an event, photoshoot, or other service with us.
This policy applies to all services offered by Mojo Mingle, in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Matchmaking Services
- Non-refundable & Non-transferable: Matchmaking services (for Offline Valentine) are personalised and tailored to each client. Once payment is made, fees are non-refundable and the service cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Private Photoshoots
- Non-refundable: Once booked, photoshoots are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Events & Social Gatherings
- Non-refundable: Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or can no longer attend.
- Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior approval, subject to a $25 administration fee. The new attendee must provide all required details (e.g. name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, etc.).
- If Mojo Mingle cancels: If we cancel or postpone an event due to low numbers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a refund, credit, or transfer to another event if available.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues, we will work with you to remedy the situation.
