These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Mojo Mingle ABN 54136792559 c/o Sarah Rus, PO Box 5162, East Geelong, Victoria, Australia (“Mojo Mingle”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, attending an event, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and where applicable, our Matchmaking Agreement.
Certain services may also be subject to additional legal terms found in our Full Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Mojo Mingle provides connection services including but not limited to:
- Matchmaking & Personal Introductions
- Dating profile photoshoots
- Events & social gatherings (e.g. Offline Valentine, Street Art Walks, workshops, and similar experiences)
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to access our services.
- For matchmaking, you must be legally single and seeking a relationship.
- By engaging our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees are listed in AUD and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required upfront before services commence, except where a service is expressly gifted or complimentary.
- Payments are accepted via the Mojo Mingle Website, PayPal, Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, digital wallets) or direct bank transfer.
- A tax invoice/receipt will be emailed once payment is received.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Photoshoots and Matchmaking: Non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Events: Non-refundable. Transfers may be allowed to another person with prior approval and may incur a $25 administration fee.
- Rescheduling: Photoshoots may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

5. Delivery of Services
- Matchmaking: Basic and Premium at Offline Valentine events.
- Photoshoots: Typically 2 hours in person, with edited photos delivered digitally.
- Events: Held on advertised dates and venues.
6. Important Disclaimers
- Mojo Mingle provides introductions. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, form a romantic relationship, or achieve specific results.
- You are responsible for your own safety, wellbeing, and choices at events, sessions, or meetings.
- Attendees and clients must treat each other with respect, courtesy, and confidentiality.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- Any personal or sensitive information shared during matchmaking, or events is confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- All materials, resources, and programs remain the intellectual property of Mojo Mingle and may not be copied or distributed.
- By participating, you consent to Mojo Mingle using photos, video, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless you object in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo Mingle’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not responsible for the behaviour or actions of other attendees, clients, or third parties.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you breach these Terms, act unlawfully, or behave inappropriately.
- Termination does not remove obligations that survive (e.g., confidentiality, intellectual property).
10. Supplemental Agreements
Some of our services come with their own agreement that explains the details (like what’s included, timelines, and payment terms). These apply in addition to our general Terms of Service.
By booking or purchasing such services, you agree to the relevant agreement as well as our general Terms of Service. If anything in a service agreement is different from these Terms, the service agreement takes priority for that program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will first attempt mediation, then be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
